The walls are clad in Lancaster whitewash and trimmed with detailed woodwork, and original watercolors from England. Two antique bamboo side tables, with reading lamps, flank the comfy QUEEN bed. The sitting area has plenty of space, and includes a 37" flat TV, a cozy loveseat, an overstuffed reading chair, ceiling fan, plus a desk and chair for writing those postcards to send home.

The modern bath has a tub shower and hairdryer. 

Step out to a semi-private covered porch with two chairs, a small table, and welcoming harbor views of the changing tide, with the historic footbridge and ocean beyond.

It's adorned with sand colored walls, and decorated in cool shades of teal and cream, with nautical and Asian prints. The pine cannonball QUEEN poster bed is accompanied by two antique end tables, and hand cast pottery lamps from Devon England. Included is an art nouveau desk, George Smith reading chair and Waterford lamp, a padded wicker chair, and a 37" flat TV, and ceiling fan.

The modern bath has a pedistal sink, a small stand alone shower, and a soothing tiled one person jacuzzi bath. 

The semi-private covered porch is your own cozy nook to catch some sun and enjoy the shorefront scenery.

Imagine a 22'x16' room with a grand rosewood KING poster bed, between two mahogany mirrored bureaus, walls decked in sea green and adorned with nautical paintings, and you'll see why we call this room Admiral's Rest. At the foot of the bed is a cozy sitting area with a silk Persian rug, accompanied by a comfy love seat, wing chair, side tables, an electric Franklin fireplace, a 37" flat TV, and a ceiling fan. The antique art nouveau sideboard is from England, and the large elm wood chest from Asia, and includes scenic harbor views.

The modern bath has a tub/shower and hairdryer.

The semi-private covered waterfront porch has two chairs and a small table. Second Floor location.

The decor depicts a hint of the Orient with rich sable brown walls and white trim creating a backdrop for the Asian artwork, and an ornate antique Korean chest.

The sitting area offers a loveseat sofa, a reclining chair, dropleaf table, an electric franklin fireplace, 37" TV, and a handcrafted desk. The modern bath has a hairdryer, and a  step in fiberglass shower. 

Quiet mini-split air-conditioning and ceiling fans add to your comfort.

This spacious two room suite on the Third Floor is perfect for the couple seeking refreshing waterviews, and with the extra space of two bedrooms. It's also ideal for three people traveling together. The large waterfront room has a KING bed, a sitting area with flat 37" TV, electric franklin firplace, and glass pane doors leading to the extended semi-private covered porch with wicker furniture overlooking the scenic harbor. 

The additional room offers privacy, with a QUEEN bed, a 27" flat TV, large closet and seperate zoned A/C.

The modern bath with tub/shower and hairdryer connects the rooms with doors on both ends. Children 12 and older are welcome. Rates are for two people, add $50 for each additional person. Maximum occupancy three people.

Also called the 'honeymoon suite'. Harbor Light's is a favorite for those who are seeking a KING bed, ultimate room privacy, and romantic waterviews. Enjoy the cozy love seat sitting area, 42" flat tv, an electric franklin fireplace, and gaze at the reflection of the harbor light's on the water at twilight.

This lovely large room is on the Third Floor corner surrounded by windows on two walls overlooking the scenic harbor. French doors lead out to a 16' extended semi-private covered deck complete with white wicker furniture for ultimate relaxation.

The modern bath is of modest size, and has a walk-in shower and hairdryer.
