• Rates are for double occupancy. Please add $25 for each additional person, plus 7% Maine Rooms and Meals Tax.
• Check-in time is 2 PM to 7 PM or by prior arrangement.
• Checkout time is 10 AM.
• Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed please.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• A specific room cannot be guaranteed on reservations of fewer than two nights.
• A specific minimum stay will be required during certain dates; please inquire. We accept payment in U.S. funds by travelers' checks, personal checks drawn on U.S. banks, cash, VISA and MasterCard.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

• An advance deposit will guarantee your room: for stays of one or two nights, a deposit of one night's rate; for three or more nights, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation.
• All deposits apply to the last day(s) of your stay or reservation.
• Full payment of the balance of your reservation will be due upon arrival. We are unable to give a refund for early departures, late arrivals, or changes made to reservations within 14 days of arrival. Any change made prior to 14 days will incur a $25 processing fee.
